SalesPros AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the salespros.ai website and the SalesPros AI software platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When you use the platform: The SalesPros AI software runs on YOUR infrastructure. We do not have access to your sales data, emails, contacts, or any data processed by the platform.
SalesPros AI is deployed on your own infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise). Your sales data, emails, contacts, and intelligence never leave your servers. We have zero access to your operational data.
We retain your purchase records and email for legal/tax purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@salespros.ai.
All website traffic is encrypted via TLS. Payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not store payment card details.
