SalesPros AI is sold as a one-time license at $4,990 USD, payable at purchase. An optional Continuous Intelligence Plan is available for $490 USD per year, billed annually, cancellable at any time from your billing portal. The Continuous Intelligence Plan is pre-selected at checkout for convenience; you may remove it before completing purchase.
If you are not satisfied with SalesPros AI, you may request a full refund of the license fee within 60 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests must be sent to support@salespros.ai. Upon refund, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the software. Refunds of the Continuous Intelligence Plan are pro-rated based on the remaining term of the annual period at the time of cancellation.
Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SalesPros AI for your organization's internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to third parties.

If you do not renew the Continuous Intelligence Plan, your license and all previously-received features continue to function. You will not receive new intelligence updates released after your renewal lapses.
SalesPros AI is deployed on infrastructure you provide and control. You are responsible for your own data security, backups, and compliance. We do not access, store, or process your operational data.
AI inference is performed using your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or compatible API keys, which you provide and fund directly. SalesPros AI is not responsible for AI provider usage costs or their service availability.
Standard email support is included with your license at no additional cost. Response times for standard support are within 5 business days. Customers on the Continuous Intelligence Plan receive priority support with a target response within 1 business day. Support is provided in English via support@salespros.ai.
SalesPros AI and all related intellectual property are owned by The Digital Voyager SRL. Your license grants usage rights only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software beyond what is necessary for normal use.
SalesPros AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or sales results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your purchase. Continued use of the software after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
