These terms govern your purchase and use of SalesPros AI, operated by The Digital Voyager SRL ("we", "us").
SalesPros AI is sold as a one-time purchase at $24,900 USD, payable in two installments: $4,900 at purchase and $20,000 due 30 days after purchase. An optional managed setup service is available for an additional $4,900.
If you are not satisfied with SalesPros AI, you may request a full refund of amounts paid within 30 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests must be sent to support@salespros.ai. Upon refund, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the software.
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SalesPros AI for your organization's internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to third parties.
SalesPros AI is deployed on infrastructure you provide and control. You are responsible for your own data security, backups, and compliance. We do not access, store, or process your operational data.
The purchase includes initial setup support and documentation. Ongoing support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis via email. The optional managed setup service includes dedicated configuration assistance.
SalesPros AI and all associated code, documentation, and materials remain the intellectual property of The Digital Voyager SRL. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership of the software.
SalesPros AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
